Are you ready to introduce a well-established Scandinavian water brand to the Finnish market?
We’re looking for a commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the market entry and growth of Aqua d’Or —Scandinavia’s largest producer of natural mineral water and a healthy hydration provider. You’ll bring strategic insight, local expertise, and hands-on execution to build our presence from the ground up.
You’ll report to the Head of Waters & Juices Nordics & Baltics and collaborate closely with peers across the region. We offer you the tools, support, and autonomy to make a real impact.
Please note: This is a temporary position offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead local brand strategy: Develop and execute the Finland brand and marketing plan in line with Danone’s regional strategy.
- Drive marketing execution: Oversee all campaigns across digital and offline channels, in close collaboration with our media manager.
- Own the budget: Manage and optimize the local marketing budget to deliver strong business results.
- Build partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners in Finland.
- Be our market expert: Monitor trends, track performance, and provide insights to guide decision-making.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or scale-up environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
- Broad marketing expertise across channels and disciplines.
- Deep understanding of the Finnish market.
- Proactive, independent, and accountable.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
