🚀 What is the DANONE Future Specialist Program?
It’s an 18‑month, full‑time rotational program designed for talented early‑career individuals who want to grow within DANONE. After successfully completing the program, you will step into a Finance Specialist role within our organization.
Here’s what awaits you:
🔄 Two rotations, 9 months each
You will work in two different finance teams — giving you broad exposure, diverse experience and the chance to shape your own career path in an international environment.

We will carefully match your interests, skills and ambitions with the needs of our Finance teams.

During the program, you may work in one of the following areas:
📊 Financial Control
- Managing reporting processes
- Preparing financial statements
- Supporting insurance processes
💼 Tax
- Managing tax risks
- Supporting tax audits
- Providing tax advisory
📥 Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Processing employee settlements
- Handling supplier and employee payments
- Posting purchase invoices
- Account analysis
📤 Invoice to Cash (I2C)
- Managing credit limits
- Invoice processing
- Debt collection
- Complaint registration
- Cash Application
- Clearing & Reconciliation
- TTM (Trade Term Management) deductions management
