Are you ready to make a real impact on a global brand? Join us as our new Global Marketing Neocate Intern at our office in Hoofddorp, NL, starting May/June 2026! Neocate, part of Danone's Specialized Nutrition business, is the global leader in treating children with Cow’s Milk Allergy.
In this role, you'll work on contributing to long-term strategies and innovations by turning market performance & financial data performance insights into actionable recommendations. If you love collaborating with a cross-functional team and transforming data into insights, this is the perfect fit for you!
The core of this internship focuses on data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations. In addition, you will be involved in a variety of cross-functional and project-based activities.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities;
- Create monthly dashboards using Power BI and internal financial data, collaborating closely with the cross-functional team;
- Explore automation for dashboard creation and data analysis with the Line-Manager and Data team;
- Analyse brand performance and initiatives to provide actionable insights;
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and materials;
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas;
- Help organize and execute events;
- Support ongoing projects with cross-functional and country team members.

A propos de vous
You are the perfect fit if you are:
- A Bachelor's/Master's student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Consumer Psychology, or a related field;
- Enthusiastic about working in an international environmen;
- Passionate about data, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Focused on consumer centricity, brand building, and innovation;
- Not afraid to ask questions and bring new perspectives;
- Highly organized and detail oriented;
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mandatory requirements
- Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in March 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
- You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 times per week;
- Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
