YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris-Haussmann, in Paris-La-Fayette, in our superb Global HQ, as of January 2026.
To excel in your internship, you will be reporting and working with Jair JULIO VEGA, Global Head of HR Digital Transformation, who you will guide you throughout the process.
On one side you’ll learn about our global talent (objective setting, development conversation, employee profile) but also about reward (performance, calibration, Annual Salary Review and Short-Term incentive programs) and work closely with the global HR teams to support the campaigns, communication, training materials, adoption and change management.
In this internship you will also work closely with HRIT teams of Danone based in several locations, working in a truly global environment.
