About the job

As the Head PRGM, you will be responsible for defining the category and PRGM strategy, as well as activation across all channels in collaboration with the finance, sales and marketing teams, with a strong focus on distributor models and export markets. You will ensure alignment with the EVAI strategy, and contributing to the day-today business decision-making process.

 

As a PRGM Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

Price Revenue Growth Management (PRGM): Co Build a Global PRGM Guidelines, Pricing Optimization, Mix Management and Trade Terms.

  • Design and execute global PRGM guidelines tailored to the unique dynamics of distributor-driven markets.
  • Conduct in-depth price analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align revenue strategies with market demands.
  • Analyze and optimize pricing structures for products to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and revenue generation.
  • Utilize consumer and market insights to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Develop OBPPC analysis and offer strategies to maximise the growth and profit.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure profitable multi-category and multi-channel growth management, supporting cross-category sales teams (mandates, tariffs, budget)
  • Methodologies & Processes, Harmonization KPIs
  • Identification & Sharing Best Practices, Development Business cases to support the local PRGM Teams
  • Lead specific value creation X – countries / Customers initiatives with leveraging consumer, shopper & channel / customers & categories insights
  • Contribute to the roll out in local and the evaluation of the implementation & the value impacts [COCO/CANN – NS – MS]
  • Support Global Customers Team for the optimization of our Trade Investments Management with the International Customers

 

Develop PRGM capabilities & the acceleration of the simplification & the harmonization of RGM KPIs, processes, data, systems and tools:

  • PRGM Tools Animation: Operational Business contact for IT/ Data Team & country
  • Identification business requirements in term of data & tools to accelerate the roadmap
  • Co building & Support the Data Mgt & Key priorities with local
  • Animation of the roll out KPis harmonization, Global & local process for the implementation of PRGM Tool
  • Monitoring the Harmonization Tools by Country & the roadmap PRGM Tool
  • Animation of the governance between global & local & owner of the upgrading of all guidelines with the support of local team

About you

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Sales Management, Distributor Management, and Key Account Management. In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies.

    Previous experience in managing revenue growth, ideally within luxury brands and within a strong multinational FMCG company (spirits, high-end/premium).

  • Result-oriented: Pragmatic, flexible, fast learner, and entrepreneurial.
  • Open-minded attitude: Good listener, self-motivated with drive and passion.
  • Adaptability: Ability to easily adapt and leverage a truly international and multi-cultural environment to effectively engage people.
  • Export Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the nuances of export markets, and deep understanding of distributor models.
  • Planning: Ability to anticipate and plan ahead.
  • Leadership: Ability to get on board (customers and internal).
  • Team Player: Sense of general interest. Networking: Internal network, at ease in matrix organizations.
  • Analytical skills: Proven negotiation skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of market, category, and channels.
  • Communication: Good communicator, influencer, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
  • Project Management: Solid project manager and cross-functional team player, interfacing with local, central, and global teams from RGM, Sales, Finance, DP, Marketing, and IT/DATA teams.
