In this 6-month partly-remunerated internship, you'll join our incredible local Category Management team. As a category manager, you'll ensure the cross-functional teams have all the insights they need to make the right decisions, and you’ll assist retailers in growing their categories. 📊🤝
What would be your role in this team, you ask? 🤔
- Collaborate with the Category Management team on assortment exercises at our retailers 📦
- Be the key contact with external agencies to ensure we have the right data for decision-making 📊
- Support in delivering key milestones in our annual operating plan 📅
- Monitor the performance of our categories on key customer KPIs 📈
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in various functions, such as the brand marketing team, key accounts, and field sales manager 🤝

About you
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or a related field 🎓
- Hungry for your first experience in Sales/Marketing and ready to make an impact 🌟
- Enthusiastic about dairy, plant-based products, and baby nutrition, with a keen interest in Category Management & Sales 🥛🌱🍼
- Analytical, punctual, and excellent at coordination, ensuring smooth operations 📊
- Flexible, proactive, independent, and always eager to learn and grow 💡
- A social animal who adds a personal touch to our team dynamics 🐾
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, enabling effective communication 🌐
- Willing to relocate to Belgium for this exciting internship opportunity ✈️
- Can start the internship in May 📅
