YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarter starting from September 2026. Yuliya KUZNETSOVA, HR Director for HR in the Global HR Team will guide your through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:
- Contribute to Global Talent cycles, including performance management, succession planning, and related processes, with a specific focus on the Director population.
- Conduct talent data analyses and reports to generate insights for the function and support strategic decision making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in HR systems by communicating with and assisting HR Business Partners and countries
- Prepare presentations or communications for HR stakeholders
- Contribute to different other HR Projects

Über Dich
For this position, we are looking for someone:
- Available from September 2026 for a 12‑month apprenticeship
- Currently studying for a Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Interest in people development, talent management and data-driven decision making, with a strong motivation to contribute and learn
- Curious, and eager to grow
- Organized and detail‑oriented, with a structured and reliable working style
- Adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work effectively in an international, dynamic environment involving multiple stakeholders across different teams and levels of the organization
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel, and motivated by data analysis
- Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
