We are looking for a Sales Excellence Business Value lead within the european Danone team. The position is a CDD until end of December 2026 and is based in Rueil Malmaison. Your main misison will be to manage deployment, performance and value realization of the Sales Excellence in Execution solution (SEED) across all markets in Europe, including all categories for Modern Trade and Away From Home (selected markets). Following implementation, you will be responsible to track performance of in-store excellence in execution standards across markets and value realization for Danone in terms of Net Sales. ​ 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures the deployment and permanently tracks the performance of the SEED solution in Modern Trade for all categories in all markets in Europe, besides selected markets for Away From Home. By representing all Sales and Field Force teams of Europe, enables decisions on scope, priorities, deployment strategy and reporting needs.

  • During implementation, embarks the countries in the entire journey : from Gap assessment, definition and arbitrage of new features, change management, training and roll out. After Go-Live, monitors adoption and continuous value realization.
  • Collaborates with business leaders in the countries to continuously evolve their PICOS (picture of succes - KPI) definition, harmonizing KPIs while ensuring alignment with EU business strategic priorities.

  • Tracks SEED user adoption and value realization, including Image Recognition and GenAI capabilities, ensuring fulfillment of all the value metrics defined in the Business Case: Net Sales, PICOS score, OVH cost as percentage of Net Sales.

  • Full deployment of SEED in Modern Trade across EU for all categories and Away From Home for the selected markets
  • SEED permanent value realization

Über Dich

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

  • At least 10 years of experience  experience in sales execution, sales operations and analytics, with a commercial background in retail business models and Field force management
  • Strong collaboration skills, working with IT, sales, and analytics teams
  • Understanding of AI-powered image recognition and execution analytics.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to link technology to commercial impact.

  • Experience working in multi-country business governance and decision-making

  • You're fluent in english!
