The Sourcing Pool, is an above market Procurement team of fifteen, absorbing sourcing demand and delivering procurement projects for EU C&P. ​

This role is part of a sub-team of five, delivering with quality, accuracy and timeliness across the full scope of projects.

Main Responsabilities : 

Sourcing Projects ​

• Delivers sourcing projects on behalf of the CBU’s, Business Categories and other project initiators ​
• Is category agnostic on commodity or service ​
• Delivers on time and to expectation for projects​
• Ensure project briefs, roadmaps and delivery trackers are updated​
• Partners with the Project initiator and ensures accountability remains with the business for the results ​
• Looks for opportunities to always increase efficiency and effectiveness (Standardisation, DIGITAL tools, automation)​
• Takes accountability for building strong stakeholder relationships and seeks career sponsors for the future ​

Agility ​

Ensures that the Sourcing Pool fulfils its brief:​

• As a flexible and adaptable resource to EU C&P team to absorb sourcing demand from the CBU’s ​
• AND looks for opportunities to add value and impact to the total C&P organisation, whether through market intelligence, sustainability or innovation this team is at the forefront of challenging the status quo
