1.Drive Superior In-Store Execution
• Ensure Danone brands achieve strong visibility, availability, and shelf presence across all trade channels.
• Translate brand and category strategies into actionable retail programs.
• Monitor execution quality and close gaps quickly.
2. Accelerate Sales Growth
• Develop and execute trade promotion strategies that drive volume, revenue, and market share.
• Optimize investment across customers and channels to maximize ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities through shopper and channel insights.
3. Strengthen Customer Partnerships
• Work closely with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to build joint business plans.
• Align Danone's objectives with customer priorities, creating win-win growth opportunities.
• Improve negotiation effectiveness and customer engagement.
4. Lead Channel and Shopper Strategy
• Understand Vietnamese shopper behavior and channel dynamics.
• Develop differentiated strategies for MT, GT, pharmacy, e-commerce, and specialty channels.
• Ensure the right assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising by channel.
5. Improve Trade Investment Efficiency
• Manage and track trade spending to ensure investments generate profitable growth.
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and recommend optimization.
• Balance top-line growth with margin protection.
6. Enhance Cross-Functional Alignment
• Connect Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams.
• Ensure commercial plans are realistic, executable, and aligned across functions.
• Facilitate faster decision-making and problem-solving.

• At least a Degree, preferably in areas related to Business.
• At least 10 years (dependent on targeted level / seniority) relevant. 
• Exposure to Sales, Category development, channel development, trade marketing in FMCG, Ideally Child Nutrition / Related products.
• Extensive knowledge of using multiple continuous data sources, advanced excel skills.
• Experience and knowledge of Category Management tools (planogramming, space management, price elasticity).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, leadership ability, ability to motivate staff, ability to listen but retain an objective mindset.
