One Planet. One Health Sustainability & Social Impact Specialist (part-time role - 30h/week)

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain social stakeholders’ relation (SAMAS Association, other non profits partnering with Danone)
• Contribute to the development of the Healthy Start (Sănătos de mic) program by coordinating the Healthy Start team in objectives execution, monitor program success & KPIs
• Participate at grass roots Healthy Start and SAMAS activities
• Coordinate the implementation of Danone health education campaigns together with partners
• Monitor programs & campaigns KPIs, create final reports on Danone sponsored programs for Danone internal communication
• Coordinate SAMAS & Danone Corporate Affairs common communication projects
• Identify new opportunities for Danone social investments
• Manage the implementation of Danone social projects.

We are looking for:

• Junior-mid level with emotional intelligence skills and a good understanding of Danone sustainability & business objectives
• Good understanding of Romanian social context, civic engagement, demographics, health and sustainability indicators
• Great communication skills
• Influencing & negotiation skills
• Stakeholders understanding & management
• Project management
• Creativity
