A propos de l'offre

Danone Research builds bridges between science and food. Our Research and Innovation (R&I) Centers in Utrecht (The Netherlands), Singapore and Paris-Saclay (France) span the worlds of our early life and medical nutrition, waters, dairy & plant-based categories.

In the Gut Biology and Microbiology team, we study interactions between health, nutrition and the intestinal microbiome during the very early phases of human life as well as adulthood, and we aim to translate our knowledge into digital tools that empower all of us to improve health and wellbeing.

In your role, you will be working as Gut Microbiome & Bioinformatics Scientist. You will be based in our new Innovation Center based in Paris-Saclay, working with team members from across all three R&I locations.

Missions :

In your role, you will be responsible of the analysis of complex datasets associating gut microbiome data (primarily metagenomics), clinical data, diet and interpretation for the Gut Biology & Microbiology program and R&I activities. Furthermore, you will be a key contact person for linking biological data and bioinformatics for Danone.

  • You will be driving and delivering science-based data analysis and interpretation in the field of the gut microbiome, in association with diet and health data, in order to bring added value to our research and innovations
