Job Summary :

This role is in-charge of Talent Acquisition for India. It involves anticipating various sourcing needs, mastering sourcing methodology, assessment techniques and HR market trends; as well as leading Employer Branding for Danone India.


Role and Responsibility :

• Create the Talent Acquisitions strategy, and translate business strategy into long-term talent need
• Co-build recruitment process with team leaders, and identify the right sourcing channel
• Conduct recruitment activities consistent with HR ambitions to attract and select the right talent
• Work with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools
• Source candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams
• Be in charge of job postings (internal and external career page, LinkedIn etc.)
• Manage agency partners (head-hunters)
• Develops offers in line with approved guidelines
• Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization. Leads and closes all formalities related to on- boarding of the candidate
• Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local employment laws
• Utilizes sourcing module / system throughout the talent acquisition process
• Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain a strong candidate experience, ensuring a seamless candidate journey and acting as a true Danone ambassador for our Employer Brand
• Creates and executes the Employer Branding strategy in line with global guidelines
• Lead/involve in Talent Acquisitions report for India and projects at regional level

About you

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 7-10 years' experience
• At least 4 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
• Has proven track record of sourcing candidates and creating strong talent pools in a fast-paced company
• Good knowledge of direct sourcing channels and attraction strategies
• Has an agile and collaborative mindset
