Duration: 24 months
THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
The management trainee program is a highly competitive program offered to selected top talents. Management trainees are given the opportunity to rotate to different departments to learn and contribute to the business. They are provided with tailored training opportunities, as well as guidance from their coach and mentor throughout the program.
Expectations are high for these trainees as they tackle a steep learning curve, but if you are willing to learn and take initiative for self-improvement, Danone offers an excellent foundation to meet these expectations.
Duration: 2.5-6 months
THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The internship program is an opportunity for you to learn the know-hows of the working world and develop skills and expertise in your respective fields, which complements your education.
Across the region, the internship program duration varies between 2.5 – 6 months, depending on your location. Regardless of the duration, you will have the opportunity to work on projects/ case studies, network and receive trainings.
