About the job

We are looking for an Activity Specialist to support and coordinate SKU-level activities across categories (Dairy, Drinks, Plant-based) in the Nordics and Baltics region. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in managing data and processes, and enjoy collaborating across teams, this role is for you! This is a temporary position for 1.5 years, perfect for individuals seeking a defined-term project with meaningful impact.
 
Responsibilities:  
  • Provide operational support for innovations, renovations, and operational projects.
  • Manage master data and SKU list/delist processes, driving governance and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and update critical files, including Trade Window and Launch flow, ensuring data availability and accuracy.
  • Act as the point of contact for commercialization projects involving new or changing products/packages.
  • Support project implementation and launch phases, ensuring on-time delivery within cost and quality parameters.
  • Conduct supply chain risk assessments and ensure compliance with agreed project processes.
  • Own and manage Activity Management IT tools and master data initiation processes.

About you

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in SKU coordination, data management, or operational project support.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality work on time and within scope.
