We are looking for our future Danoner to join our Global Data & Analytics as a Senior Sales Product Owner.

This contract will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92). In this position, you will report to David CATRINI, our IT & Data Director.


Your main responsibilities will focus on:

  • Define and drive the Sales data product vision
    • You will define the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales data and analytics products.
    • You will collaborate with global/local business partners and lead the delivery team to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Deliver end‑to‑end Sales data & analytics solutions
    • You will manage the delivery of strategic datasets, BI platforms and advanced analytics supporting Commercial priorities.
    • You will ensure the integration, maintenance, and handover of all components to provide seamless user experiences.
  • Build and scale key data enablers
    • You will develop and promote ingestion standards, data quality frameworks, and governance across Sales data products.
    • You will support Danone’s data harmonization strategy to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency at scale.
  • Lead agile delivery and product lifecycle management
    • You will own backlog prioritization, MVP definition, and iterative delivery.
    • You will ensure on‑time and on‑budget product evolution throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Engage stakeholders and promote a data‑driven culture
    • You will maintain strong collaboration with business and IT teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
    • You will champion the value of data products and contribute to strengthening data‑driven decision making across Danone.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

 

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics within FMCG/Retail, including strong expertise in Sales-related data products.
  • Proven ability to deploy data products across multiple markets and manage the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience collaborating with data architects, ingestion teams, data scientists, and BI teams in an agile environment (defining user stories, prioritizing backlog, leading squads/tribes).
  • Strong skills in product vision, OKR definition, and backlog/roadmap management.
  • Ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders across Global, Local, Business, and IT functions in complex organizations.
  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) and BI tools (Power BI or equivalent).
  • Experience working with data science teams to deliver AI solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of modern data technologies and product management practices.
  • Fluency in English
