YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

 

This internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison, at our headquarters starting from July 2026. Emilie Monsonego, EU Customers & Patients Solution Manager in the European Customer Service Team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

 

  • Deployment of a Structuring Tool of Customer Service Communications (CRM) : 

    You will support the post-deployment of a key tool across 3 different countries

    · You will improve a tracking tool to monitor KPIs and measure the value generated

    · You will play an active role in Change Management: track KPIs, update e-learning content, help organize hands-on training sessions to ensure smooth adoption by Customer Service teams and gather ideas to improve continuously

    · You will take part in and then lead agile follow-up meetings and learn how global projects are managed in real time.

  • Customer Project Monitoring

    · You will consolidate performance tracking and service level for key customers across multiple countries.

    · You will contribute to launch and monitor various collaboration and productivity projects with European countries to maximize their value and impact.

    You’ll gain a deep understanding of local daily operations and sharpen your customer relationship skills

  • Animation of the European Customer Service Community

    · You will organize our biannual in-person meeting with the Customer Service community (11 local teams across Europe).

    · You will prepare presentation materials and coordinate virtual exchanges with the European Customer Service community to share updates and promote best practices.

    Your communication, organizational, and synthesis skills will be fully used!

About you

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

 

  • Available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months

  • At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school with a specialization in supply chain

  • Organized, autonomous, and equipped with strong analytical skills

  • Comfortable with oral and written communication, as well as creating PowerPoint presentations (an Advanced skills in Power BI is a plus)
  • Interested in project management

  • Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • English is mandatory and french would be appreciated 
  • Enjoy working closely with business teams and collaborating with different departments
