As a P2P Support Center Senior Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for External and Internal Stakeholders:
    • Provide top-notch support for P2P processes and tools.
    • Ensure smooth operations and quick resolutions.
    • Create, maitain and promote user-friendly, self-service solutions for stakeholders
  • Specialize in Unique Procurement Processes:
    • Focus on specific countries or products.
    • Tailor support to align with the specific needs and regulations of each country or business unit.
  • Manage and Optimize Workflows:
    • Oversee P2P workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to company processes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall process effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance and Reporting:
    • Execute, monitor, and report non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement:
    • Enhance overall processes to improve efficiency.

About you

About You

  • You are a proactive and customer-oriented professional.
  • You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P process.
  • You possess a background in finance or accounting with at least 5 years of experience.
  • You excel in communication and problem-solving.
  • You have previous experience with ticketing tools and support roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
  • You are fluent in English and the main language of the region served.
  • You have experience working with Nordic countries is a plus
