This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role as our Multichannel Media Lead, where strategy meets execution and data-driven media drives real brand growth.

Reporting to the Head of Digital & Media, this role serves as the primary in-house media specialist and authoritative resource for multichannel media within the organization. The individual will collaborate directly with brand marketers, critically evaluate agency proposals, and convert business objectives into effective, performance-driven media strategies.

In this position, you will excel within a dynamic and cooperative setting, linking consumer marketing, healthcare professional marketing, retail media, analytics, and agency partners to achieve comprehensive and integrated results across the entire funnel.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Advertising Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and execution of integrated advertising and media strategies aligned with organisational objectives, overseeing the translation of business goals into measurable advertising objectives, KPIs, and full-funnel campaign approaches.
  • Integrated Advertising Planning: Direct and oversee the coordination of annual integrated advertising and media plans across paid, owned, and retail media channels, ensuring alignment of performance marketing initiatives with broader brand and commercial strategies.
  • Media & Channel Governance: Oversee media channel strategy and selection, providing strategic direction based on audience insights, market trends, platform capability, campaign objectives, and advertising performance outcomes to maximise return on investment.
  • Agency Management & Commercial Oversight: Manage and lead relationships with external advertising, media, and digital agencies, overseeing campaign delivery, performance standards, contract outcomes, budgeting, resource allocation, and innovation initiatives to ensure achievement of organisational targets.
  • Advertising Performance Leadership: Lead weekly performance reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and post-campaign evaluations to assess advertising effectiveness, identify optimisation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across marketing activities.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration between marketing, retail media, digital, analytics, and external stakeholder groups to ensure coordinated implementation and successful delivery of advertising and media initiatives.
  • Campaign Optimisation & Innovation: Direct ‘Test & Learn’ frameworks across advertising creative, audience targeting, channel placements, and landing page experiences to improve campaign performance, media efficiency, customer acquisition, and revenue growth outcomes.
  • Advertising Analytics & Strategic Reporting: Oversee advertising measurement frameworks, tagging governance, and performance analytics across paid and owned media channels, leading the delivery of strategic insights, executive reporting, and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) initiatives to support commercial decision-making and future advertising investment strategies.

As an analytical, commercially savvy, and persuasive communicator, you are confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels. Your hands-on mastery of performance media is complemented by an unwavering drive for continuous improvement. You bring passion, vision, and expertise to every campaign, ready to lead our multichannel media strategies to new heights.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in multichannel media role
  • Channel Expertise: Demonstrable, hands-on expertise across key performance channels including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Programmatic Display & Video, Digital OOH, and Connected TV (CTV).
  • Proven ability to think beyond channel tactics to translate high-level business objectives into effective, integrated media plans.
  • Agency Management: Be first point of contact engaging media agencies and driving performance through a strong, collaborative partnership.
  • Analytical Acumen: Highly data-literate with a deep understanding of media metrics and proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Power BI skills highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive Drive: A self-starter attitude with a relentless curiosity and a passion for finding innovative solutions to drive tangible business results.
