As a Senior Marketing Controller at Danone, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning & analysis, and the performance management of marketing activities. Besides that, you will drive financial planning and strategic decision support for innovation and new business initiatives. You will work closely with other stakeholders in marketing, R&I, innovation teams and with the leadership team to manage expectations and ensure profitable growth.

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to Marketing teams, managing marketing budget allocation, tracking performance, and ensuring strong ROI on campaigns
• Lead financial planning & forecasting, providing clear insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions
• Drive process improvements and efficiency
• Building robust business cases, evaluating investments, and driving profitable growth
• Support financial evaluation of new products, and monitor post-launch performance of business cases
• Assess risks and opportunities across innovation projects, ensuring disciplined and value-driven investment choices

You enjoy turning numbers into clear insights and influencing decisions in a dynamic environment. You are comfortable working across teams and bring a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional experience (5-10 years of experience) in controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering, ideally in FMCG, retail, or fast-paced industries
• Strong ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Solid knowledge of Excel and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI or similar)
• A proactive, structured mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Confident communication in English, other languages are a plus
