YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from 1st September 2026. Mihaela GOGAN, Talent Director Finance in the team of Global Human Resources Finance, Danone Business Services, IT & Data will guide you through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role: 

Your main responsibilities will be covering 3 functions within scope (Finance, Danone Business Services, IT & Data):  

  • Talent data & reporting: prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and talent analytics dashboards for assigned functions and projects 

  • Support on development programs like Onboarding, Mentoring etc. 

  • Prepare presentations or summaries for HR stakeholders 

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in HR system communicating with and assisting HR Business Partners and countries

About you

For this position, we are looking for someone:

  • Available from September 2026 for a duration of 12 months 

  • At the level of Bac 4/5 in university, business school 

  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for digital and AI 

  • Interpersonal skills capacity to engage diverse colleagues across cultures  

  • Attention to details, organized, rigorous and autonomous 

  • Interest in people development, talent management and data-driven decision making 

  • Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different stakeholders 

  • Understanding of IT systems and at ease operating them (preferably HR yet any other domain can represent transferable skills).  

  • Fluency in English as a day to day working language
