Located in Gif-sur-Yvette, on the Paris-Saclay plateau, Danone’s Research & Innovation (R&I) center is a global center of excellence dedicated to food innovation, at the heart of one of the world’s leading scientific clusters.

Inaugurated in 2023, this state-of-the-art center brings together more than 500 experts from 40 nationalities and fosters collaboration between research, food-tech startups, partners and consumers to accelerate the development of next-generation products in nutrition, health and consumer experience.

We are looking for a UX Product Claims & Narratives Manager to join our Global UX team.

This permanent contract will take place in our  global Research & Innovation center based in Gif Sur Yvette (91), France.  

In this position, you will report to the Claims & Narrative Lead within the Global UX team.

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

Explore & innovate

  • Explore new ways to bring our products to life: consumer research, creative workshops, digital solutions.
  • Explore how to turn expert knowledge into clear, inspiring arguments.

Bring people together & activate

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and inspiration moments to drive adoption of new approaches.
  • Design and roll out clear, high-impact communication materials that make teams want to own and use the messages.

Lead & structure

  • Centralize best practices for product value communication across markets, working closely with local UX counterparts.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for market research agencies, ensuring project progress and day-to-day follow-up.

A cross-functional, visible role : You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment, partnering with a wide range of functions.
You will be a key connector between science, business, and communication, able to adapt your message to each audience.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

1. Education: Master’s degree from a business school or a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a focus on Marketing, Communication, Sales/Commercial.

Additional coursework or certifications in AI, design thinking, behavioural science, or market research would be a plus.

2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a science- or tech-driven FMCG environment, in one or more of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Scientific Communication or Market research..

 

Profile :

  • Versatile, agile, and curious—comfortable with both exploration and activation.
  • Able to understand business and market challenges, with strong sensitivity to consumer needs and the science behind the products.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Languages: Fluent professional English and French.
