About the job

Join our Facilities DPA team at Danone Place Amsterdam (DPA) office, one of our global HQ located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. As the Facilities Intern, you will work side by side with the DPA Facilities team. During your internship you will be supervised by Facilities Manager and closely with Facilities Team. Your mission is to learn about and support in the day-to-day Facilities services activities and ongoing projects.

 

So, what will be your main tasks?

  • Coordinate and manage DPA Facilities projects
  • Act as an Facilities servcie contact for the DPA intern population, providing guidance and support on various initiatives.
  • Work in close coordination with Facilities team and Facilities manager on Facilities services related topics and data management.
  • Drive operational processes and diverse projects supporting the Facilities team.
  • Learn and contribute to the Facilities Services provided to the DPA community and more. 

Next to the above, you will be able to collaborate in local projects, and you are encouraged to come up with new ideas and bring them to life! Additionallyyou can shape your objectives and learning goals based on your interests in different Facilities areas. This allows you to tailor your internship experience to your career aspirations and develop a well-rounded skill set to start your career in Facilities!

About you

As a Facilities intern, you are a Bachelor/Master student in Facility Management, Business Administration, or any other related field. You are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions. Comfortable working within an international environment both independently and as part of a team. You are a self-starter who can bring your own ideas. On top of that, you possess great communication skills and enjoy interacting with numerous stakeholders, supporting your team members, and helping others.

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in September for a minimum of 6 months, 4 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 3 days per week.
