About the Role: As the Head of Marketing for Evian & Harrogate, you will be at the forefront of driving profitable growth and market share for these prestigious brands. You will set the strategic direction, create compelling brand stories, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Evian and Harrogate, focusing on brand building, market performance, and innovation.
• P&L Management: Oversee the P&L delivery and market performance, ensuring the achievement of business targets and effective budget allocation.
• Brand Communication: Lead the communications strategy and execution, working closely with global teams to maximize brand activation in the UK and Ireland.
• Innovation Pipeline: Drive the short-term and long-term renovation and innovation pipeline for Evian, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing UKI team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including supply, finance, commercial, and global brand teams, to optimize commercial terms and portfolio mix.
