We are looking for a HR Data Management Specialist who will join the Global ES Team to support maintaining a high standard of data quality and governance across the organization.

Going to details, you will be:

• overseeing and managing data governance practices
• ensuring the quality, security, and compliance of employee data
• playing a critical part in establishing and maintaining data stewardship policies, procedures, and best practices within the organization
• contributing significantly to the establishment of a robust data governance framework.

We expect you to have:

• strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related systems (Success Factor preferable)
• analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• understanding of data governance principles
• understanding payroll and admin workflow
• ability to work with different stakeholders fordata collection 
• fluent English
