Context of Team Magnitude 

Within the Finance Department, the Magnitude team manages the Consolidation and Reporting application for Danone. This application facilitates the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the production of reports for Senior Management, as well as the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) published for financial markets. 

The Magnitude team consists of 3 members and is responsible for maintaining the operational condition of Danone’s financial information systems. It assists corporate finance teams throughout the closing process and the implementation of new developments. 

The Magnitude team is part of the Danone Group’s Consolidation Team and provides daily support for the company’s closings. 

Missions of the internship 

Under the guidance and training of Magnitude team members you will participate in the 

Management, Functional administration and Operational support for the Magnitude System 

• Managing access rights (40%) 

• Creating reports, setting up new financial master data, implementing financial consolidations, and Intercompany reconciliation (30%) 

• User support (consolidators, accountants, and financial controllers, totalling approximately 1500 users worldwide). This includes implementing fixes, conducting training sessions, and more (20%) 

Process Improvement Tracking and Magnitude Project Management 

• You will be involved in evolution projects (such as creating new financial reports and adopting new standards) and process optimization (this includes writing procedures and knowledge management, identifying best practices). (10%) 

•Available from September 2026 for a duration of 6 months

• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school with a focus on information systems and/or finance
