Are you a good communicator, interested in content creation and eager to work in a team and lead engaging activities? Then apply now and join us as our new Internal Communications & Engagement Intern, in our Hoofddorp office, starting June 2025!
As our new Internal Communications & Engagement intern, you will support the Danone Place Amsterdam (HQ Office) team in their project's implementation, and other departments in the communication of their actions.
You will be responsible mainly for supporting the Coordinator Communications in projects. The project includes the following tasks:
- Creating and designing visual communication for events, projects and global campaigns;
- Creating content for Workplace (Danone’s internal social media), posters and tv screens;
- Responsible for updating our channels regularly;
- Supporting the execution of different campaigns, exploring new creative ways to communicate, increase engagement, coordinate and organize events;
- Activating and animating global content for internal matters;
- Presenting during onboarding for new comers;
- Collaborating with different stakeholders on our strategic communication;
- Support on internal events organization at the office and with activities around our DEI initiatives, culture, and well-being.
About you
You are a Bachelor/Masters student with a background in communications. You are confident using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva to create visuals. You are passionate about communications and eager to learn and develop. You can interact with all the different stakeholders and like organizing events and internal initiatives/campaigns.
There are also some compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
- You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
- Ideally available to start in June 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
- You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 1 day per week.
