• Working with Zone Leads on prioritization of Zone’s roadmaps and budget
• Acting as Zones advocate in Cybersecurity CODI, making sure specific needs are being met
• Supporting rollout of global programs in the Zones
• Working with the Zone Cybersecurity teams to maintain visibility on the zonal risk maps and making sure they fit into global Cybersecurity strategy
• Ensuring the enforcement of the cybersecurity policies in the respective geographies
• Monitoring key metrics for Zones and ensures burning areas are addressed properly
• Acting as single point of contact from Cybersecurity for Zonal Cybersecurity teams
• Ensuring the best practices are being shared across the Zones
• Facilitating unification of Ways of Working, highlighting and providing help to resolve bottlenecks
• Ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific guidelines
• Bringing visibility on the geography specific regulations to central teams.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Cybersecurity Governance
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Proficiency in risk management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with risk analysis and advisory
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
