Role Purpose:

The Territory Account Manager role is a key part of the Paediatric Sales team, supporting customers in both Primary and Secondary care.

• Build the credibility and relevancy of the paediatric Nutricia portfolio across the full health economy (hospital and community), driving both commercial opportunity and patient value.
• Drive and implement guidelines and pathway strategy (allergy and paediatric growth) through close cross functional working to provide bespoke value propositions and market share optimisation.

Key Activities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts across your territory.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders.
• Deliver meaningful clinical and commercial conversations that drive impact.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• In person engagement with customers is an integral part of this role therefore, you will spend 4-5 days in the field per week meeting with customers.

This is a field based role, covering Oxford, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & Wiltshire

We would like you to demonstrate the following key skills:

• Commercial acumen and strong data analysis skills

Salary Bracket: £45,000 - £50,000. We’ll also provide you with a company car & fuel card.

• Our field-based principles mean you’ll need to be living in Oxford, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire or Wiltshire. If you're unable to relocate, we will not be able to consider your application for this role.
• You will also need to hold a full UK driving license and must be comfortable with regular driving to meet with your customers.
