Order & Customer Support Specialist

(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest, hybrid)

YOUR responsibilities as a Order & Customer Support Specialist will include (but not limited to):

• Manage daily order intake and timely order entry for assigned customers.
• Coordinate order status and truck-splitting needs with the warehouse.
• Prepare and send order related reports (order, POD, analyses).
• Flag product inconsistencies (prices, codes, stock issues) to Sales and Planning.
• Investigate undelivered products and monitor customer returns.
• Handle quantitative complaints and process system adjustments.
• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments.

We are looking for a Order & Customer Support Specialist with the following profile:

• University degree and ideally 1 year of experience in order support /customer care
• Fluently in Romanian and English, spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Great communicator and team player.
• Curious and committed to building smart solutions.
• Confident using Excel; SAP is a plus.
