Danone's Global Finance function is looking for a Cycles & Procurement Overheads Junior Controller to join our Finance C&P team. In this position, you will report to Myrsini Voulgareli, our Fixed Costs Controller C&P and Dantrade, based in Hoofddorp Amsterdam.

About the Job

As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for all the intercompany cross-charges flows for Danoners who work in another business unit or are expats. You will also highly contribute to month end closing activities and budget/forecast set up.

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

• Responsible of the intercompany flows of the NL entity
• Month end closing activities and preparation of monthly reporting to Group and to Business partners
• Deep analysis on People Costs and non-people cost, such as T&E, temporary labour etc
• Preparation of budget and rolling forecasts
• Review and analysis of monthly actual result vs budget
• Provide financial support to C&P team Function
• Digitalization of Overheads scope
• Ad hoc tasks related to OVH (requests from the business)

To succeed in this role, you fulfil the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience & Skills
• 2 years’ experience in Finance
• Strong excel knowledge and good knowledge of ERP and BI systems is desirable, SAP knowledge is an asset
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to effectively engage people.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Result oriented: pragmatic, flexible and autonomous
• Comfortable with in a can-do and action-oriented work environment and like to take initiative and ownership to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, creative and confident in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders in both finance as non-finance teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
