🚀 Your Role
As a P2P Intercompany Junior Specialist, you will:
- Process intercompany invoices timely and accurately in line with SLA
- Support key KPIs such as Paid on Time, Autoposting, and Touchless processing
- Monitor and reduce invoice backlog
- Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P operations
- Participate in month-end closing activities, including netting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and simplification
About you
We believe you’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have some experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / Intercompany (nice to have)
- Understand basic accounting principles and invoice processes
- Are comfortable working with KPIs and targets
- Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Have good organizational and time management skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with others
- Have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) – a plus
- Speak English at min. B2 level
- Show a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
