About the job

The team you will be working with is the Danone Planning Center (DPC), a newly opened, technologically advanced competency center located in Katowice. DPC is responsible for supply chain planning for fresh dairy, plant-based products, specialized nutrition and first diet from Nutricia. Covering all European countries, this innovative hub utilizes cutting-edge technology to optimize and revolutionize planning processes. With its advanced technological solutions, DPC would play a key role in ensuring supply chain efficiency across the continent.

 

We are looking for a person who will join our team in Katowice as a Performance Delivery Manager.  Please be advised that this is a process manager role (an expert) without a team or directs reporting,

 

Your scope will be to: 

  • ensure the supply chain operates efficiently and performance targets are met,

  • identify opportunities for improvement of processes, productivity and KPI,

  • manage & lead portfolio of improvement projects,

  • measure the outcomes of continuous improvement initiatives,

  • identify improvement project resources,

  • implement standardized reporting,

  • create transversal view on aggregated KPI,

  • centralize all action plan/ project and generate information to correct, prioritize, select, allocate resources,

  • ensure deployment of best practice. 

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning, optimization of plannings /supply chain processes,
  • Leading/participating in Continuous Improvement/LEAN projects in Supply Chain, would be a strong asset,
  • experience in project management,
  • ability to moderate project meetings,
  • continuous improvement and data driven mindset,
  • ability to build effective relationships,
  • very good knowledge of planning tools,
  • analytical and critical thinking with a strong focus on details,
  • proficiency in English (C1),
  • knowledge of power BI and SAP would be an asset.
