About the job
The team you will be working with is the Danone Planning Center (DPC), a newly opened, technologically advanced competency center located in Katowice. DPC is responsible for supply chain planning for fresh dairy, plant-based products, specialized nutrition and first diet from Nutricia. Covering all European countries, this innovative hub utilizes cutting-edge technology to optimize and revolutionize planning processes. With its advanced technological solutions, DPC would play a key role in ensuring supply chain efficiency across the continent.
We are looking for a person who will join our team in Katowice as a Performance Delivery Manager. Please be advised that this is a process manager role (an expert) without a team or directs reporting,
Your scope will be to:
ensure the supply chain operates efficiently and performance targets are met,
identify opportunities for improvement of processes, productivity and KPI,
manage & lead portfolio of improvement projects,
measure the outcomes of continuous improvement initiatives,
identify improvement project resources,
implement standardized reporting,
create transversal view on aggregated KPI,
centralize all action plan/ project and generate information to correct, prioritize, select, allocate resources,
ensure deployment of best practice.
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning, optimization of plannings /supply chain processes,
- Leading/participating in Continuous Improvement/LEAN projects in Supply Chain, would be a strong asset,
- experience in project management,
- ability to moderate project meetings,
- continuous improvement and data driven mindset,
- ability to build effective relationships,
- very good knowledge of planning tools,
- analytical and critical thinking with a strong focus on details,
- proficiency in English (C1),
- knowledge of power BI and SAP would be an asset.
