As part of the Corporate Affairs team, you will contribute to a broad range of public affairs and communications activities across the Nordic and Baltic region.

Public Affairs

In this area, you will:

Monitor policy and regulatory developments across the Nordic & Baltic region related to Danone's business priorities, particularly within nutrition, public health, dietary guidelines and Specialized Nutrition.
Conduct policy analysis and prepare summaries, stakeholder mappings and briefing materials to support internal decision-making.
Support the implementation of advocacy plans and stakeholder engagement activities.
Monitor relevant external stakeholders and identify opportunities for engagement and collaboration.
Coordinate with Danone's European Public Affairs team to ensure aligned messaging and positions.

Corporate Communications

You will also support external communication activities such as:

Contributing to the execution of corporate communication and PR plans.
Drafting press materials, external statements, Q&As, key messages and presentation materials.
Coordinating with PR agencies and Danone's global communications network on day-to-day activities.
Supporting media engagement and reactive communication needs.
Contributing to issues management and crisis preparedness communication materials.

About you

To thrive in this role, you:

  • Have experience within Public Affairs, Government Relations, Public Policy, Corporate Communications, PR, Healthcare Communications or a related field.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Have strong analytical skills and can translate complex topics into clear messages and recommendations.
  • Enjoy building relationships and working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of your work and feel comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Thrive in an international and collaborative environment.

Experience from nutrition, healthcare, medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, public health, food policy, FMCG or other regulated industries will be considered a strong advantage.
