Reporting to Logistics Director EDP Spain, responsible for the management of the physical logistics flows: transportation (from tendering to day-to-day operations ), warehousing (from tendering to operational excellence), insourced or outsourced, on the geografical area. Ensure the logistic area works with the proper quality and development.

• Responsible for the management of all physical flows (pallets, trays, finished products...) including traceability.
• High english level
• Leadership skills, the successful candidate will lead a team of 4 people.
• Detail oriented.
• Participate in the definition and implement the distribution strategy: insourcing or outsourcing, number and location of warehouses, transportation means, distribution schemes.
• Manage and optimise the global distribution costs: co-negociation with suppliers, design and implementation of continous improvement programs, Warehouse activities, Cologistics opportunities, Inventory control
• Manage import/export flows according tender conditions. Participate on annual tender process, close coordination with European team and Control Tower team.
• Identify opportunities and manage sustainability programs

• Manage and execute the deployment of small logistics WHs using CRP tools

• Manage and develop own logistics team.
• Responsible for the coordination with Logistics Operator:

• • Warehouse management: productivity, resources management, quality, performance
  • Orders preparation: picking and copacking activities, quality
  • Stocks control: Inventory accuracy, FIFO, Service Level, product availability, deployment plan execution, shelf life
  • Transport execution: ontime, TFR, quality
  • Performance: KPIs, actions plan, scorecards.
  • Palets inventory control
  • Ensure Company standards are accomplished
