Danone Türkiye is looking for talented colleague for "Senior Hendek Plant Manager" role.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities in the industrial are in line with Compliance, Quality and food safety and work place safety requirements; ensure that all procedures, instructions, all legal requirements etc. are implemented, developed and updated.
- Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviours, routines and establishing safety mindset.
- Provide that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards (compliant), on time and meet the consumer expectations, Connect with technical team, other factories, apply best practices, standarts.
- Concretize and manage workforce development programs that will provide appropriate flexibility of workforce and assets. Focus on material availability, finished goods quality, and on time delivery through optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure that plans, implementations and necessary maintenance activities are in place in order to increase the efficiency of manufacturing activities and reduce undesired breakdowns
- Lead constant improvement and involvement culture. Drive for operational excellence and support the team
- Provide timely feedback-feedforward and coaching to individuals and team in order to develop them to their potential and to achieve objectives.
- Develop implementation projects and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase total productivity, to ensure and control the of these procedures
About you
- Bachelor Science in Engineering
- Manage complex and large teams
- Experience in change management and project management with the cross functions and teams
- Strong communication skills, possess the capability to interact with all levels across the organization and manage expectations of key stakeholders
- Result-oriented and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
- Empower the teams to motivate and develop their capability
- Experience in unionized environments • Experience in intensive Capex projects, specially in automation ones
- Experience in safety improvement programmes implemented with big blue collar teams
