VIE JR. TOPLINE CONTROLLER

We are looking for a VIE to join our Controlling Team in Milan.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team, get the chance to have a holistic view of the full company processes while contributing effectively to team’s achievements.

About the job

You’ll collaborate with different departments inside the company (from Sales & Marketing to Operation ) and with all our portfolio.  Learning FMCG dynamics will be natural thanks the multichannel reality.

Some of the activities that you’ ll handle will be: :

• Support Finance Controlling team in forecasting processes;
• Involvement in month closure activities;
• Manage internal and group’s reporting tools on the main financial KPI’s
• Understand and articulate GAP analysis ( variance vs prior year or forecast scenarios) ;
• Support Sales and Marketing’s spending management;
• Map potential risks and opportunity;
• Support in ad-hoc analysis ( such as brand profitability, customer profitability, portfolio optimization);
• Involvement in the Innovation process and the correct resource allocation according to key priorities;
• Contribution to the presentation deck for general management and leadership team

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

• Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
• Problem solving and critical thinking;
• Structured and analytical way of working;
• Relational skills and flexibility;
• Microsoft office package (Excel, Power Point in particular) knowledge and ERP experience will be a plus (Essbase, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI);
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Previous international and/or internship experience will be considered as a plus;
