About the programme

On our two-year HR programme, you’ll become an essential part of a team that’s shaping the future of Danone’s people strategy.

 

You’ll gain hands-on experience in two key areas:

 

  • Agile Team: Lead critical people and engagement initiatives including supporting our people cycle, managing our people analytics, leading social relations cases, and broader HR projects to drive positive change in the working environment.
  • Talent Team: Run end-to-end recruitment, support our employer brand strategy (including managing our TikTok channel), and take ownership of talent data, turning it into critical insights that inform key decisions and budget planning.

 

You’ll spend one year in each team, swapping at the halfway point, so you’ll build a broad skillset and see the full scope of HR at Danone.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work with colleagues across the business, develop your project management and communication skills, and help shape the future of Danone’s culture.
