About the programme

The role entails a dynamic blend of responsibilities, requiring a candidate who can navigate both the internal and external facets of our business

You will play a pivotal role in executing critical projects aligned with our strategic sales plan. Your daily operations will revolve around supporting our sales team.

 

This encompasses various tasks such as the meticulous management of promotions and activations, sharing and implementing best practices across teams, and ensuring crystal-clear communication of key priorities during field team briefings.

 

Over the course of two 12-month rotations, you will step into the shoes of a National Account Executive and a Category Executive. 

About you

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess key qualities like self-initiation, the ability to make informed choices and problem-solve, adeptness in both team and autonomous work settings, effective prioritisation skills, and the knack for building and managing essential stakeholder relationships.

 

It would be preferable if you could leverage data insights to contribute to Joint Business Plan (JBP) creation and negotiations, demonstrate a knack for identifying customer and shopper needs to enhance sales proposals, and adeptly recognize 'must get,' 'wish list' items, and 'concessions' during negotiations.
