We are looking for a Skills Manager for a CDD of 12 months that will take place in Paris. The Skills Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of Danone's workforce in Operations and building organizational capabilities. This position is responsible for identifying current and future skills needs, coordinating and managing internal skills certification projects, and ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to deliver on the company's strategic objectives. The Skills Manager will work closely with the Operation Talent Director and participate in strategic skills development projects.
