We are looking for a Strategic Business Partner to support the Marketing team within the Kids & Essential category, providing financial insights and visibility to drive profitable growth and create value for our brands.
About you
Perfil:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree required).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing, with involvement in financial analysis and budget control.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Advanced English (ability to communicate in global environments).
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
- Adaptability and continuous learning in dynamic environments.
- Conduct financial evaluations for new product innovations.
- Assess investment projects and brand productivity.
- Analyze brand performance and provide actionable insights.
