As Global Responsible AI & AI Governance Sr. Manager, you will have the following key accountabilities, deliverables & KPIs, and impact on business results: 

• RAI Responsible Manager and AI Governance PMO role:
  • Both roles are central to Danone’s AI governance framework, particularly in aligning with the EU AI Act and ensuring responsible AI deployment across functions.
  • They are designed to: Coordinate AI project portfolios, including tollgates of evidence, ROI tracking, and prioritisation. Manage risk assessments and mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and technical standards. Oversee daily operations within AI teams to ensure efficient delivery and governance.
• RAI Responsible Manager – Key Responsibilities:
  • Ethical Oversight: Ensure AI technologies adhere to ethical guidelines, mitigate bias, and promote transparency. AI Governance Participation: Actively engage in the Global AI Committee, Use Case Review Board, and other governance bodies.
  • Risk Management: Lead risk assessments using frameworks like the EU AI Act, and coordinate mitigation actions across teams.
  • AI Product Evaluation: Assess readiness and compliance of AI products, suggest mitigation plans, and validate technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cybersecurity, IP, compliance, and PMO teams to ensure holistic evaluation of AI initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Promote AI literacy and responsible AI practices through training programmes and internal communications.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Align AI initiatives with global standards and function-specific goals, promoting innovation.

• AI Governance PMO – Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Oversight: Track performance and prioritisation of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Governance Process Implementation: Define and operationalise the AI project approval, escalation, and monitoring processes.
  • Tool Enablement: Support the development of AI governance platforms (front-end and dashboard) to manage use case lifecycle and time-to-value visibility.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure responsible AI self-assessments are conducted and escalations are managed effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Facilitate collaboration across legal, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning techniques and their applications in a business context (with focus on R&I).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and advanced analytics.
