About the Job
This is a key position within our Corporate Tax team, a department that is located in both Paris and the Netherlands. The role will report to the Global Tax Director based in Hoofddorp. You will oversee all transfer pricing matters for Danone’s Specialized Nutrition Category which accounts for around €9bn turnover based on FY2024 published results. Besides, you will have the opportunity to make a broader impact on Danone’s global transfer pricing strategy and lead various transfer pricing initiatives and key strategic projects. You will work closely on transversal topics with other team members of the Corporate Tax team and local tax managers across the globe. Other key stakeholders will include Danone teams such as Finance, Legal, Operations, R&D as well as the Dutch, foreign tax authorities and external auditors.
Your Top 3 Priorities:
· Strategy: ensure strong execution of our policies, while staying ahead navigating global trends, legislation and challenges. This includes setting new standards of excellence and identifying automation opportunities
· Partnership: support global and local teams by contributing to projects as well as providing training, guidance and advice to the business on the application of our global policies
· Risk Management: ensure high standards of TP documentation, intercompany agreements, management of operational TP and to oversee Danone’s interests in tax audits and APA’s

To succeed in this role, you fulfil the following:
· You have a master’s degree in Tax Law, Tax or Business Economics
· You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing
· You have both advisory and in-house experience
· You have a strong track-record in managing complex transfer pricing matters across multiple jurisdictions
· You have superb business acumen
· You have good understanding of how TP impacts other areas of tax and processes
· You are fluent in English, both written and verbally. Dutch or other relevant language is a plus.

· You are practical, creative and have a ‘can-do’ mindset
