About the job

The HR Data & Reporting Manager is a replacement role whereby you will be responsible for implementing technology and managing a portfolio of HR and Employee Services (ES) tools. This role ensures that the local HR architecture aligns with the global HR digitalization strategy and maintains HR master data consistency across all tools. Additionally, you will supports the deployment of global HR systems and leads local improvements for DBS ES tools. You will leads HR master data quality campaigns and handle local activities related to reporting and analytics.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DBS ES Tools & Solutions

  • Identify functional needs for HR systems in collaboration with Local DBS Employee Services Lead follows the direction and design of global HR digital roadmap and ES solution portfolio.
  • Plan and manage local DBS ES digitalization roadmap and budget in close relationship with DBS ES Lead, HR function and IT HR Leads.
  • Contribute to HR digitalization projects when tools are common to HR and ES (e.g. sHaRe) to ensure overall HR architecture & data consistency.
  • Manage end-to-end project life cycle for HR programs.
  • Animate local DBS ES users on tools & processes (and HR BU users in needed).
  • Ensure effective access management on global and local HR systems.
  • Keep pace on market technology advancement and propose accordingly upgrades or integrated tech solutions to support efficiency objectives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Perform local operational activities related to reporting and analytics.
  • Deliver statutory reporting (Social report and WISE report) and manage related audits.
  • Make available relevant reporting and analytics to answer local HR function needs.
  • Support local reporting and analytics teams to deliver data-driven insights that ease decision making.
  • Lead local projects related to reporting to setup more efficient processes & tools with a continuous improvement approach.

Data Quality

  • Manage HR master data quality campaigns in close relationship with DBS A&P Lead.
  • Identify areas for data quality enhancements on HR master data and manage action plans accordingly.

Stakeholders & Team Management

  • Deliver training sessions/knowledge transferring dedicated to HR systems.
  • Actively manage stakeholders across ES, IT and HR.
  • Manage team members on their assignment, performance and development.

About you

  • Education: Bachelor degree in related discipline
  • Experience (in years): > 5 years
  • Previous experience on HRIS is preferred
  • Able to interact with global/international stakeholders, written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus.
