About the Job:

We are currently looking to hire a Project Lead!

This role will play a critical role in leading and delivering various projects within our innovation, renovation, sourcing, business continuity, and productivity initiatives.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and company strategies.
Identify potential risks and issues in conjunction with cross function teams that may impact project success and develop mitigation plans.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, meeting minutes, and task management tool (Monday.com).
Provide regular project status updates and reports to the Head of PMO and other relevant stakeholders.
Support troubleshooting roadblocks with cross functional team members.
Lead, motivate, and manage project team members to ensure project objectives are clear and being met on-time.
Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and escalate when necessary to meet project milestones.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established best practices.
Support tracking of risk mitigation strategy.
Navigate and manage changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements while minimizing impact on project goals.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience.

About you

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Engineering, etc.). preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of project management experience in the food industry or related fields.
Proven track record of leading multiple complex projects at the same time.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to identify gaps in process and propose solutions.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Must be detail oriented and possess strengths in both organization and communication.
Proven track record of executing CPG project initiatives.
