About the job

The Sales Analyst supports the Military, Export, and C-Store channel sales teams by handling administrative operations, tasks, and projects. This role involves analyzing distributor and customer performance, supply, and pricing metrics, while providing recommendations and insights related to products, aligning with the company, distributor, and customer strategies. Additionally, this role requires the processing of sales and customer information into the data reporting systems.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather data and perform analyses to support sales team in managing the business
  • Facilitates data analysis using PowerBI, Kantar/XTEL, and Circana/IRI supporting the financial decision-making within the Military, Export, and C-Store Channels.
  • Manages product registration documents, health/customs certificates, and health department regulatory procedures for renewals and new product introductions with our internal and external agencies.
  • Analyzes order submissions from internal and external sources.
  • Handles ad hoc requests for additional sales requirements, including data extraction and presentation development.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration efforts with supply, logistics, manufacturing, brand, marketing, quality, revenue management, and legal teams.
  • Summarizes and communicates supply, category, pricing, and product updates.
  • Assists with processing the promotional trade and baseline forecast projections into Kantar and Demand Planning systems supporting the cross-functional teams.

 

The base compensation range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience. About you

  • A 4-year business degree.
  • 0 to 2 years of work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding of trade and deduction management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide summarization of insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and resourceful skillsets.
  • Ability to work across various departments, stakeholders, internal and external customers, through a team or independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
