This is a 12 month fixed term contract. 

Role Purpose:

As a Senior Brand Manager within Danone you will be accountable for driving the performance of the Aptamil brand, the No 1 brand in the formula milk market in the UK and globally. Your role will be critical in shaping the plans to deliver on our recruitment, Net sales and market share goals.

 

Key Activities:

 

P&L delivery and commercial leadership:

  • Track and monitor core brand performance throughout the year and recommend course correction as needed (feeding into the business performance cycle)
  • Campaign/initiative analysis with recommendations for future improvements and optimal A+P allocation
  • Excite and engage commercial teams/external buying teams with overall brand strategy and key brand initiatives

 

Brand building/Portfolio:

  • Continuously build with global & cross functional team brand superiority vs competitors
  • Partner with marketing teams to deliver excellence in execution across the marketing funnel
  • Partner with sales to drive perfect execution in key channels (grocery, convenience and online)
  • Innovation: Responsible for landing strategic innovation with key customer in 2025, working with global to leverage best practices for roll-out

 

Lead communications & creative:

  • Lead the local deployment of global/regional comms platforms together to drive brand equity
  • Partner with IBC teams to maximise impact of comms across the marketing funnel. 

 

Direct report functional management:

  • Bring direction and clarity to direct reports, enabling DRs to deliver against objectives with excellence
