As our Shopper Marketing Manager for the Swedish market, you'll be at the heart of our trade marketing efforts, bringing our brands to life where it matters most – in-store. Working both cross-functionally with several internal stakeholders and with external partners, you’ll develop and execute campaigns that excite shoppers, engage retailers, and deliver on business goals.
Develop and lead the Trade Marketing Strategy, ensuring all activities align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Create and manage in-store activations from concept to execution – including creative development, POSM creation, sampling, event organization, and flawless in-store implementation.
Analyze post-campaign performance to measure effectiveness and continuously improve future activations.
Partner with creative and production agencies to ensure high-quality, timely, and brand-consistent advertising materials.
Work closely with brand managers and the sales team to deliver best-in-class execution across all retail channels.
Manage A&P budget effectively, ensuring efficient investment and clear tracking of all shopper marketing spend.
To be successful in this role we believe that you are a driven and proactive marketer with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You have strong presentation skills, and manage working with several external agencies. You have a Bachelor’s degree within Marketing or relevant, at least three years of hands-on experience in marketing, shopper marketing, or project management, where you’ve successfully brought campaigns from concept to execution, ideally from the FMCG industry.
You’re a natural communicator and collaborator, with a great sense for structure. Your strong project management skills help you keep things moving smoothly, while your attention to detail ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
