T&E and Payments Manager

About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee all aspects of payments, expense management, and compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing cash landing, streamlining payment processes, and ensuring expense control, while providing exceptional support to employees and driving process improvements.

About you

Payment Management

  • Oversee end-to-end payment processes (including cash landing) ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Implement strong internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
  • Monitor payment schedules and prepare financial reports for BU cash controllers.

Expense Claim Management

  • Manage the full T&E process, including corporate cards.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with local and corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct audits of T&E reports, identify anomalies, and escalate as needed.
  • Support employees with inquiries and guide them through reimbursement processes.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on changes in payment and T&E regulations.
  • Report non-compliant claims and act as the escalation point for end users.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and new technologies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of payment and T&E specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Key Deliverables

  • Achieve KPIs and SLAs related to payments and T&E processes.
  • Ensure robust and compliant payment and expense management systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in payments, expense management, and financial operations in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with SAP and expense management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in process improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
