As our new PRGM, you will be responsible for shaping the growth trajectory of our brands and customers in Denmark and Norway and play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our commercial strategy. You will collaborate closely with both the commercial and finance teams and partner across the North Europe region to unlock insights and drive synergies.

 

This is a full time position and we aim to hire as soon as possible. You work hybrid and you will be based in Copenhagen office. 

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Management: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to recommend strategic adjustments to our product portfolio. Collaborate with category managers to ensure our product offerings align with consumer needs and market demands.
  • Price Management: Provide recommendations on pricing adjustments based on market dynamics, cost structures, and competitive positioning to maximize profitability.
  • SKU Mix Management: Optimize SKU assortment by evaluating sales performance, consumer preferences, and profitability metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product offerings and enhance overall portfolio efficiency.
  • Promotion Management: Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns by analysing sales data, promotional ROI, and consumer behaviour. Develop strategic guidelines for promotional activities to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
  • Trade Terms Management: Support the sales team in negotiations with key accounts to define trade terms, pricing agreements, and promotional incentives. Ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and legal requirements while maximizing profitability and maintaining strong customer relationships.

About you

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

 

  • Have proven experience from Finance, Key Account Management, Category Management, or similar positions, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English, preferably also in Danish and/or Norwegian, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Have a strong commercial understanding, combined with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
  • Have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets (PowerBI etc)
  • Have good understanding of how to read and interpret the company and brand P&L
  • Have excellent analytical skills with keen eye on detail, are proactive and results orientated
  • Are able to work in multi-tasking environment and balance priorities
